Offered here is an incredibly rare example of the wonderful Ferrari 456 GT. This particular 1995 456 GT is not just any 456GT, it was special ordered when new in 1995 by the Sultan of Brunei through Ferrari of Beverly Hills. This is one of just six 456’s ordered by the Sultan, the other five were radically altered having 4 doors, convertible and shooting brake form. With just 26,000 original miles this car is in spectacular condition. When the Sultan ordered this car, it was delivered in red with a tan interior. Before taking delivery he had the car sent back to Pininfarina and changed the exterior to black and also had a special custom black leather interior installed by Pininfarina. Ferrari didn’t offer an automatic transmission in the 456 until 1997 so he had Ferrari install a ZF 4 speed automatic transmission, one of only 2 cars to have this option. This car also comes with a lot of documentation and service records. In modern times, there aren’t many custom ordered Ferraris to this extent making this a truly unique car with a great history and certainly a great investment. This is most definitely a car that will rise in value among modern most Ferraris of this modern era.

The 456 was a wonderful car created by Ferrari filling the demand for a sporty Luxury GT car which had been missing from Ferrari’s lineup since the demise of the 412 in 1989. The 456 GT sports all aluminum coachwork by Pininfarina and has a 5,474cc V12 engine rated at 442 horsepower. With a top speed of 185mph and a zero to 60 time of 5.1 seconds this car is not only luxurious and practical, but a true sports car. This 456 GT is a true custom ordered Ferrari that would make a great addition to any sports car collection and make a wonderful investment.
